An old friend of this magazine accidentally revealed that he’s a crossword compiler. In an amazingly short time after a chat over a Gregg’s coffee, he came up with what may be the only Cameracraft picture-clue crossword… or may give him a new career. Trouble is, pictorial clues take MUCH more space than normal textual ones.
Just the right number of trial testers got it all and in just about the right time. Your editor did not but was happy with the clues and pictures on seeing the solution. That’s exactly how a crossword should be.
Next time look forward to a more conventional semi-cryptic photographically themed textual puzzle.
